Installation and Calibration:

Nissan X-Trail Car brake system failure



Mileage only 1500 km of Nissan X-Trail 2.5 sedan. The car often in gear will not go, need refuel can moving forward.
Fault Diagnosis: Test car, fault does exist, but use Consult 3 to diagnostic not found fault code, lifting the car did not drag brake phenomenon. Then by repeated test found that the fault only when hanging the forward gear will appear, especially even step on a few brake failure will all appear, and when the fault appear the brake pedal is  harder than no power. When unplug the ABS plug the fault will disappears, back into the plug, fault appear again.

Will caused by ABS pump failure? But read the data stream, ABS not found abnormal, replace the ABS pump failure still exists, that means the problem should be on the signal of control ABS, but use NISSAN CONSULT 3 III not found fault code, that should be relatively large possibility of machinery. Just think when pulling the plug, ESP / TCS / ABS fault code is appear together, and cause this situation fault code C1145 is exactly related with this control; and the fault appear is after the car installed the floor glue, which are associated with these two is (deceleration G sensor), while it is control the car uphill braking delay. Mercedes-Benz E300 sedan Parktronic system failure



A 2010 Mercedes-Benz E300 sedan with M272 engine. The vehicle Parktronic system function failure. After the vehicle is started, hanging R block, front and rear radar screen all no display, front and rear monitor buzzer does not beep, reversing lights work properly.
Diagnosis: Connect MB Star C3 use the latest Xentry software to fast diagnose the car, the test results show that the PTS system fault information storage: D12B00, with the front Parktronic system warning indicator communication failure. Into fault code, click "test" to enter guide test menu, the system will guide test between PTS control module and the front PTS warning indicator line connection, will guide test the front PTS warning indicator power supply. Tested front warning monitor supply no voltage input when reverse gear turned on. Dismantling the lines between PTS control module located right front foot well and COMAND control module, found both sides of the wires non-conductive, and warning the monitor connection color and circuit diagram shown is not the same, that feel very puzzled. Could the lines connection be wrong?

Revisit the vehicle initial detection unit find, in addition to PTS control module has the current fault code can not be cleared, there also AAC air conditioning control module exist the current fault information of interior temperature sensor communication failure. Assumed the two parts of plugs are the same, and line plug backwards. Try holding the attitude, dismantling and check the two parts control lines, and confirm the assumption situation is the actual existing problems. For PTS system repair, have the following experience for your reference:

Audi A6L MMI black screen

Use VAS 5054A check the system, there is no fault memory, MOST system components communicate properly, but can not normal enter, use guide function loop diagnostics, display the results as normal. But this time back to the vehicle self-diagnosis, all MOST control unit are appears no communication static fault code, because just only J794 have problems will may be cause all components of the whole system no communication, the remaining components malfunction not have this phenomenon, suspect that fault should be J794 failure caused, replace J794, fault is removed.

After replace J1794 then use VAG VAS 5054A to test, found many place have fault code. At this time just need use VAS 5054A cleaning the fault code is OK.
